We offer two shipping speeds:
USPS Ground Flat Rate: $5.00
USPS Priority Mail: Varies per order
PS: Standard shipping is free when you spend $25 or more! Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.
If you need to change something about an order that you’ve already placed, please contact us.
Returns & Refunds
Rew's Bath Time products can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a refund.
Please contact us with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange if you need to return your product, and we will provide you with the information needed to return your product. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your credit card refund to appear on your statement.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
Can I remove a saved payment method?
Of course! To do so, click on the Account icon in the top right corner, then click on the Payment tab to view or edit your payment methods. If you need help, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards or debit cards, as well as Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through:
Confirm you card’s billing details
Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
Check if your card is expired
Your card issuer may have declined your payment. We aren’t notified the specific reason for this, so we recommend contacting your card issuer before trying again.
